I don't doubt it. There are plenty of lawyers who are lying jackasses with no integrity. Why are you like this? Were you teased too much in high school and college? Did the girls always tell you they have to wash their hair when you asked them out? I've never actually had a girl tell me that one. Sounds like you are quite familiar with that line. Except you and others enable the worst of his bullshit. He will say the dumbest crap ever, claim it's not, and then when it's refuted, he'll act like the response is totally obvious, as if he didn't make the initial post. So basically . . . he's Trump. He's not the first - and won't be the last - to show up here with the express stated purpose of "Speaking truths!" based on message-board arguments from a decade ago. It's better to let him have his fun in a vacuum (he's on my ignore list again), but it's also human nature to want to argue Constantly and Repeatedly. Do you feel better with your covers pulled over your head? Are you shivering under there? |

It's like a feud spawned a thread which defused the feud but spawned a state-of-the-board thread which turned into a feud that led to a state-of-the-board discussion. So many layers of meta. I've got post-modern wood. And most of us still don't know what the original feud was that spawned the thread. How many here saw the original post? I still have no clue what started this thread. It wasn't really a "feud," per se. oop called @buck an "idiot." That made me mad online a little bit, because @buck is chill. I started a thread to catalog oop's name-calling and other various insults. I thought better of it. I think there was a time in SJ Platforms where it would have been well-received. This is not that time. I told TY, "Fuck you, Ty" as a callback reference to Boom telling him that the day before. Ty didn't believe me when I explained such and answered, "Good Lord." And here we are. |

Why don’t you try to get better? There are lots of resources for those on the spectrum compared to even 10-15 years ago. Is being wrong all the time exhausting for you? I imagine it would grow tiresome. |

Much of the time it's not really a fight about politics. It's a response to bitterness, hatred, and ignorance spewed by an uneducated clod who revels in it. I realize this is his schtick, perfected over time and fermented by the finest in Twitter sewage. But at a place without your sort of enabling, he'd be pummeled into submission. "Why aren't you stomping Private Pyle's guts out?!?!?" I'll never support a ban, but I do think the people who don't knock down this garbage have created a place where his ultrastupid statements can take root. Be proud!
