What are the Chicago guys' thoughts about the Packers adding Josh Jacobs and releasing Aaron Jones? Jones is a much more dynamic player ... when he's healthy. All things equal, I'd much rather deal with Jacobs.

What are the Chicago guys' thoughts about the Packers adding Josh Jacobs and releasing Aaron Jones? It’s an upgrade for the Packers, although I like Jones, too. The Bears obviously decided against putting their money in that upper echelon RB market and added Swift instead on a pretty good deal.

Bears appear to be following the Lions' lead with a rotation of complementary backs. And the running game was always a big part of the new OC's scheme in Seattle.
And while I worry about Swift staying healthy, signing a dynamic pass-catching back is a good move if you're going to be starting a rookie QB.

I’m sure the Bears were thrilled that their $80 million defensive back non-chalantly mentioned, unprompted, that his improvement last season was attributable to therapy for a “sexual addiction.”

Jones was a beast late last season and in the playoffs. But yeah, without an actual quartrback, they'll need to put a saddle on him and ride that running game as far as they can.

Wide receiver already was a weak position in free agency, but a bunch of needy teams, including the Bears, are likely priced out of whatever is left of the market by Ridley signing a ridiculous $92 million deal with the Titans.
Someone might get a bargain on a 1-year deal for Mike Williams, but chances he stays healthy are slim to none.

Saw that. Considered one of the league's best route runners. Great add for a young QB.
The Bears only have two picks after the first round, though. Makes me think they'll be trading down from 9 at least once

Justin Herbert has lost his top three receivers this week.
So it's basically like Week 7 of the regular season?

He'd hinted at it after a couple other seasons, right? It always seemed he was going to retire young, because of that. It's understandable. He really has nothing left to accomplish, and can probably make perfectly good money in the studio or booth.
