What's all this I'm hearing about presidential erections? They’re rigged.

LOL I say you can, but it’s funny how clear the answer is now.

Trump was formally “impeached” when the House passed the article, right? He was still president then.

Trump was formally “impeached” when the House passed the article, right? He was still president then. To me, that’s the basic point. Just because you are inside the two-minute warning doesn’t mean you put away the whistle and rule book.

But having Swalwell lead the impeachment bugs me the most - he should have his ass hauled out for sleeping with a Chinese spy. Pull his credentials and clearance.

Hey numbnuts, they impeached him with a week to go in his presidency. He’s the same dingleberry who said everyone in America shared blame for the insurrection at the Capitol. He’s been one of the dumbest people in Washington for quite some time.

They’re really going to let him off scot-free, aren’t they?

He’s the same dingleberry who said everyone in America shared blame for the insurrection at the Capitol. He must have just gotten out of his Critical Race Theory training when he said that.

Looks like all of Trump's lawyers have bailed on representing him in his impeachment trial, likely because he wants them to argue that he actually won the election.
Which leaves him with to options: no defense, or Rudy.
No defense would be his best move, as he'd likely not get convicted, with GOP Senators arguing against the process, as opposed to arguing for his innocence.
Which probably means we'll get Rudy, and a shit show.

He’s not getting convicted anyway because Senate Republicans are dickless cowards.

He’s not getting convicted anyway because Senate Republicans are dickless cowards. Sure. All I'm saying is that Republican Senators will likely say that they are voting against conviction based on procedural issues, not based on the merits of the case. And, if that's the case, there's no "good" reason for Trump to put on any defense.

Or, represent himself.
That will save lawyers fees, and make for some more reality shitshow TV.
