Occam's Razor is that the promotional agent got it in her head that he was born in Kenya since his dad was a Kenyan national and he had a funny name.

You can have a trial but if the trial is tainted - such as with manufactured evidence - due process has not been provided. Has any investigation into the Avery case proved anything close to "manufactured evidence?" I'll give you some help: The answer is "NO." That's different than your prior argument. I don't know the answer. I tried to watch the show but it felt like I was at work because at the time I was working on a similar case at the office that was more interesting than the Avery case.

You are very stupid. Try reading the link. It was promotional materials FOR THE AGENCY. And you're trying to tell me the author has nothing to do with promoting his own book. Talk about stupid. Where do you think the person who typed that -- for the agency or whatever -- got that idea? Do you honestly think that is the most likely scenario?

These conversations are the best on either board. Tony, Devil, Smallpotatoes and the like repeatedly banging their heads against the wall to show just how little activity goes on in their brains.

This will undoubtedly go well.

I will fully denounce Trump if nicknames become a lasting thing in American politics. “The Squad” sounds like they are main characters in a ‘90s MTV teen drama.

I agree. The best is when someone is super, super wrong and won't give up the ghost. Tony is not remotely dumb, but he's absolutely no way, no how going to not defend a Republican. Ever.

Why LOL? Do you think her answer was anything but a dog whistle? You’re surely not defending it, are you? I thought you’d criticized it in the past. The "LOL" is at your misdirection. Tony has been asked a simple "yes" or "no" question. The question to Hillary was a simple "yes" or "no" question. So, why didn't she answer it that way? And, why, given her answer, was she an acceptable nominee 8 years later?

And, I don't think either of the two excuses for Trump's tweet are very good. (I'm ignoring the idea that his tweet wasn't racist, because he said they should leave, and then come back.) Being too dumb to realize his tweet wasn't racist is a poor defense. And, the idea that he did it on purpose, to bring attention to the various comments of the women, maybe -- and probably is -- true, but doesn't justify the tweet. It makes perfect sense to try to highlight the anti-Semitic, anti-American statements they've made. And, Trump certainly has ways to do this. This was not it.

She's not here. Tony is. Ah, but, not knowing why she would answer such a question, the way she did, should have influenced your opinion of her, and that of other voters. And, yet, she was still the Democratic Party nominee in 2016. Why didn't you and others punish her, and deny her the nomination?

I have no idea what this has to do with why Tony can't answer a "yes" or "no" question.
