You’re a crazy person. You don’t think there are a shit ton of lesbians in the military? Women are about 6% or 7% of the Marine Corp, or less than 13,000 in total. So, yeah, I'm sure lesbians are well represented. But, I've never met a male Marine, or a female Marine. They're all just Marines. That they may be female, or LGBTQ is besides the point. The title of Marine is hard to come by. They're among our best. It needs no modifier. |

Yah, there are more people "celebrating" Pride Month that there are who celebrate Pronouns Day, Period Day or Trans Day of Visibility, but there is a kind of performative requirement of Pride Month that we don't see among other celebrations. Just look at the corporate logos that get broken out during Pride Month (that go against all, long established, logo guidelines that these corporations have). |

She did also go through a non-binary phase after this tweet, and was going by "Tal", but is back to being female full time, and back to "Talia". |

As for the logo violations, that's a thing, that's taken very seriously in corporate marketing departments, and they wouldn't do it for most occasions, but they almost all do it for Pride. |

But, March is Irish American Heritage Month, and almost 10% of Americans identify as Irish-American, but few corporations change their corporate logos for the month of March.
