Did she take a dive?
What a great conspiracy theory. And, it allowed the woman, in the early stages of transitioning to a man, to win.

First of all, it is bullshit for whatever PJ Media is to keep calling Thomas "he" and "him." Second of all: Is a 3 second difference from her prior time that much of a drop?

If they're doing the 500-meter freestyle, that's easily understood. For the 100 free, a three-second difference is huge. Same concept would hold up for track races, too.

She should be slowing down over time, right?

Same concept would hold up for track races, too. The story says it's the 1650 free, so 3 seconds wouldn't raise eyebrows under normal circumstances. I'm seeing the 100 free in the story tweeted above. Thomas' time dropped from 49.42 seconds to 52.84. Wait ... I see what you're saying, and I'll tell you what has me flummoxed here. It's ridiculously rare for one swimmer to compete in both the 1650 and the 100 freestyle races. It's like a 100-meter sprinter doubling up in the 3200 meters.

She sounds like a great teammate.
The other girls need to suck it up and get used to seeing a cock and balls in the female locker room.
The latest comments against Thomas come after another teammate spoke to DailyMail.com on Thursday and said she and other teammates were uncomfortable with sharing a changing room with Thomas.
'It's definitely awkward because Lia still has male body parts and is still attracted to women,' teammate said in an exclusive interview with DailyMail.com.
Lia has told her teammates that she dates women.
While Lia covers herself with a towel sometimes, there’s a decent amount of nudity, the swimmer said. She and others have had a glimpse at her private parts.
She stated that team members have raised their concern with the coach, trying to get Thomas ousted from the female locker room, but got nowhere.
'Multiple swimmers have raised it, multiple different times,' the UPenn swimmer said. 'But we were basically told that we could not ostracize Lia by not having her in the locker room and that there's nothing we can do about it, that we basically have to roll over and accept it, or we cannot use our own locker room.'
'It's really upsetting because Lia doesn't seem to care how it makes anyone else feel,' the swimmer continued. 'The 35 of us are just supposed to accept being uncomfortable in our own space and locker room for, like, the feelings of one.'
Thomas plans to break her longtime silence and exclusively share her story in an upcoming interview with Sports Illustrated.

So, the MSM should cover these kids of stories, not just for the news value, but so that they can set the narrative before someone like Clay Travis does.
But, why does there need to be a definitive narrative, and in what ways had Clay Travis misshaped the narrative?

Thankfully, there aren't many ideologues in the media pushing narratives. 🙄
