The flip side is ... what evidence has Epstein hidden away that includes Trump that can now be unearthed?
So not sure Trump would want to take that kind of risk and drive the story.

Is Epstein in jail now? I honestly have no idea. What are the chances that he'll still be alive if this goes to trial? He is awaiting a bail hearing, I believe. There is some concern that, because of his considerable wealth, he will try to flee if granted bail. |

Not being driven by Barr, who's father hired him -- despite his lack of a college degree -- to teach at the fancy prep school he was the principal of: Attorney General Bill Barr said Monday he has recused himself from the high-profile case against financier and registered sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, citing his past legal work.
Barr, during a visit to South Carolina on Monday, was asked whether he planned to get involved in the Epstein case, which involves accusations the 66-year-old hedge fund manager preyed on “dozens” of underage victims—some as young as 14. He has pleaded not guilty to sex trafficking.
“I’m recused from that matter because one of the law firms that represented Epstein long ago was a firm I subsequently joined for a period of time,” Barr told reporters.
Barr joined the law firm Kirkland & Ellis in 2009, which had represented Epstein during a separate case against him in 2008.

And if he has dirt on Clinton and/or Trump and on God knows who else, I wouldn't be surprised by an untimely accident either. |

Pretty incredible that he didn't see it coming.
He was arriving back from France when he was taken into custody, and could have easily gone somewhere where he wouldn't have been extradited.
