The New York Times, flexing its First Amendment rights, says the Constitution is dangerous.
Parts of it are. The Second Amendment definitely is. I respect the Constitution, but it was not divinely written and we shouldn't fetishize it. I’d imagine some other amendments would be considered dangerous by certain folks if taken seriously.

Cities like Atlanta, Houston, Phoenix, Las Vegas, etc. basically would not exist, as we know them, without air conditioning. It’s going to be a tough sell to argue that humanity would be better off without it. I’m pretty sure NYT op-eds aren’t legally binding.
