Y'all realize the former president and Republican frontrunner is having some legal trouble, right? It's as if no one would know by reading this board.

LOL. Sure sign that the damn protecting Biden broke yesterday. Poor oop has been reduced to starting a whatabout thread.

LOL. Sure sign that the damn protecting Biden broke yesterday. Poor oop has been reduced to starting a whatabout thread. Spare me your nonsense. I addressed that on the relevant thread. The former president of the United States and the current Republican frontrunner for the nomination to run again in 2024 is in serious legal trouble and this board had no thread about it. You supposedly care about politics. How are you ignoring this?

Just a thought ...why was it necessary to wait until August 2023 to bring this indictment? I agree with its content/sentiment, but looks to me like all the factual evidence underlying this indictment has been well known for at least a couple years now.

There are pages and pages of analysis, theory, hyperbole, and nonsense regarding Hunter Biden, but you are all backing away from a very real indictment, which is just the latest for Trump. Condemn him. Defend him. Cry conspiracy either way. There is a hell of a lot more meat on these bones, yet none of you are willing to engage. YankeeFan won't even post on the thread at all. That is a special kind of cowardice on his part.

oop , have you read anything about the newest indictment? YankeeFan, have you? You've been ducking the topic of his legal troubles for months. You are more interested in politics than I am, but being the coward that you are, you've chosen to run away from discussing the legal troubles of the former president and frontrunner for the Republican nomination in 2024. Instead of playing your nonsense games, try offering a real response.

Instead of playing your nonsense games, try offering a real response. A. There's no shortage of people taking about Trump's legal problems, or places to discuss them. Nothing bores me more than talking about the same thing everyone else is. B. His legal troubles are real. Republicans should move on from Trump, and chose another nominee. Trump is not my preferred choice to be the nominee. C. Today's indictment is taking a lot of criticism, and it probably unhelpful in a number of ways.

I’m sure there are a lot* of people who view this as an effort to disenfranchise their upcoming vote.
* = 20 million? 40 million?

This is relevant to the election but you've been avoiding it. The more likely reason is that even you know that there is a damn good chance you will be voting for a criminal as president of the United States next November. (Let's see if you can answer that without going the whatabout route.) B is a shocking bit of honesty from you, but we both know that if he is the nominee, you are voting for him. He could be convicted and you'd still vote for him. C is more of your vague bullshit. If you are going to defend him by attacking the indictment, have some courage of your convictions and actually present that criticism.
