Weird. 20 hours since the last post in this thread, and no response to my Trump-Syria timeline from Twitter. All these serious conservatives freed from the political oppression inflicted by the crazy leftists on the other board, and none of them actually want to talk about politics. Maybe Hillary can send out a tweet or two to get YankeeFan interested again in current events. Get a grip bro. We're not trained chimpanzees. This is an amateur post circa 2008 from the place up north. If post is interesting people will respond,if not it will die a fast death and sink to the bottom. In regard to Trump most of his foreign policy has been dictated by cleaning up Obama messes all over the world. |

At least Obama prevented North Korea from getting nukes.. oh wait The Iran nuclear pact? Tell me one good thing that our Noble Peace Prize President did in regard to foriegn policy? |

At the end of our news meeting yesterday, the ME had a lighthearted "any predictions for 2019?" question.
Several jokey answers, including the prediction of the Bears winning the Super Bowl.
Then the city editor, looking absolutely serious, says, "2019 is the year Trump dies in office."
Everyone kind of looked at each other, and walked out silently.

Did he not know that they tended to oppose him on pretty much everything? Why write a check with the whole world watching that you know (or should know) you will be unable to cash?
